  • Shipment processing time:

Processing time for all orders is 5-7 business days. On weekends and holidays, orders are not sent or delivered.

Shipments can be a few days behind schedule if we are dealing with a large volume of orders. Please give the delivery a few extra days for transportation. Should there be a noteworthy postponement in the shipment of your order, we will get in touch with you through phone or email.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:

Once your order has arrived, you will receive an email with a shipment confirmation and your tracking number (s). Within a day, the tracking number will be operational.

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

Any taxes or customs that are applied to your order are not our responsibility. Tariffs, taxes, and other charges that are incurred before, during, or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Damages

Items lost or damaged in transit are not our responsibility. To register a claim if your order arrived damaged, please get in touch with the shipping company.

To protect our interests and yours, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. You could also record a video as documentation before opening the shipment.
